Have ordered something to pick up on the website. However, the order did not arrive. After clarification on site, it turned out that the order had gone under, which we could counter with our confirmation email. In addition, we could not pay with our voucher, on the grounds that we did not call. So something is not quite right in the booking system. Unfortunately, we did not receive any compensation for the mistakes made by the restaurant.

Very tasty, we and the children love to go back again and again. The children also get something to paint. Price level is okay. Operation slow sometimes.

Burgers arrived cold last time and the cold fries flew around in the bag. We no longer order there. It works better in the pub.

The Starbucks of Burgers. When ordering they will first ask you for your desired kind of bread. You can choose between whole grain, white and Laugenbrot. Then they will ask you if you want your meat to be 100g, 200g or 300g. Be wary, I ordered it as a 200g and it was a double patty burger. Then they will ask you if you want a pepper crust or not. They grill the patties with pepper and it creates a crust or so I was told. This option however is extra, and costs extra, it's like if you were to add bacon to a simple burger. I ordered an "Abendmahl". A nightly meal menu that is the price of you burger plus 8,50euros for fries and a cocktail. I ordered the Geissbock, which has goat cheese and fig jam, which is delicious. I drank a mojito which was also nice and ordered the sweet potato fries (cost a bit extra than regular fries). I would however not recommend the sweet potato fries, as they were a bit soggy, and not nearly as crispy as my friends french fries. Overall the experience was good, the music was good and it's a nice restaurant. Expect to pay 18-25 euros.

Food and drinks are very, very tasty! The prices also match and the staff are very friendly and always helpful. The interior is very nice, but unfortunately a bit too crowded for me. Otherwise it is very recommendable!

Pros: Very good food. Tasty fries. Homemade Sauces. It's not too loud inside, the atmosphere is satisfactory. Friendly Staff. Seated without reservation. Huge menu, many vegan and vegetarian dishes. Homemade Lemonade. Hommade Burger Patties. Cons: Prices could be 10% lower. Waiting time for food can vary significantly. 2020 Virus Situation: Seats are quite close to one another despite half the tables being closed. All in all, I can only recommend Hans im Glück, I visit semi-regularly.

Very nicely decorated restaurant. Nice personel. Food and drinks were absolutely fine. Paid for a lunch menu and an additional soft drink totaling € 19.70.

A bit too crowded. Very loud music. Good food. Friendly staff, but they're not always as organised, making the experience not very personal. The sweet patato fries are really nice.

Excellent vegetarian burgers. But they didn't have simple drip coffee to with the lunch menu, only cappuccino etc.

Great burgers!

There were two of us today for dinner. Came from further away. Burgers / drinks / dessert were delicious and everything came quickly, despite the many guests. Big compliments to Marsha, great service! She served us very well, you can only feel good! Price / performance is also completely okay, as well as compliance with the mask requirement / distance and hygiene rules. Good care is taken here, only the toilets could be cleaned a little more, but that's not world-shaking.

Lovely place, the atmosphere and lighting is awesome and they have a decent veggie burger, I rate it 5/5!

It was too crowded and the service didn't work particularly well. We already had the dishes and had to wait for the cutlery. Even when we wanted to pay we had to keep telling the conditions. After 15 minutes it finally worked, with a short lunch break it is quite tough.

Good variety of different burgers. Whether vegetarian, vegan or meat. However, it would be an advantage if the cellars were dressed uniformly, you simply cannot tell whether you are a guest or a waiter.

I love the shop. However, it is difficult to get a seat without a reservation. We called beforehand, but the employee still didn't want to reserve a place for us. We waited at least half an hour. Great importance is attached to hygiene. There was always one free between the tables. Wait staff are friendly. A lot was wrong that day. She was very patient when ordering. Unfortunately, she didn't know what was in the walnut or olive patty. We all chose the evening menu at the following price listing: Burger price + 8.90 (side dish + cocktail) We lacked cutlery and the Hans im Glück sauce. We pointed them out, but it took forever to bring them. When we got cutlery, it was 2 instead of 3, the 3rd burger (vegetarian) was a long time coming. The other two meat burgers were there after about 20 minutes. When the third burger came, the other 2 were almost finished eating. What bothered me a lot, the sauces and ingredients on the burger did not go well together, because one sauce was on the left, the compote on the right, the cheese was on the top, etc. it was much too sporadic so that I couldn't even combine the ingredients could enjoy. The vegetarian burger was tasteless. There was a lack of fried, smoky vegetables. The herb sauce was bland too. The sweet potato fries were very good. Toilets are clean and there is plenty of soap, disinfectant, and toilet paper. With a lot of traffic it is definitely better. Far too many small mistakes have happened. Therefore star deduction.

Burgers are easy to enjoy with every visit, you just can't eat your fill. Due to the looseness of the staff and the well-coordinated music, an atmosphere is created in which one feels very comfortable and one would like to come back. What else than 5 stars is not possible :)

We have had our trusted burger roaster for years and are very satisfied with it. This is the first time we have stopped at the HIG chain and tried the food there. The service was quick, 2 out of 3 meals did not arrive exactly what was ordered, but we overlooked that to a certain extent. Unfortunately, the meat was not of the same quality as the bread roll, because hunger drove it in, but when eating it, people thought that a pretzel would have been a better alternative. The sweet potato fries were very dark so the taste wasn't great either. For us, an experience that confirms that we trust our reliable burger roaster all the more.

My favorite restaurant in Karlsruhe. The deliberately manageable menu offers something for every taste. The burgers we have enjoyed so far have all been excellent. The service is always present, very friendly and never intrusive. The atmosphere and the audience are very pleasant. You feel good all around.

PLASTIC IN DINING - PLEASE FINISHED We are regular guests and always fully satisfied, great service, friendly welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and price / performance absolutely okay, this time a medium-sized plastic part got lost in the food, when we asked if everything fits us and we almost ate We drew your attention to this, with the amount of food in a kitchen in my opinion it can happen, how bad you feel is up to you, for me it is how you react to it, excused several times, immediately dessert on your house as Compensation offered and even a cup of coffee at the expense of the lady in the service where of course she can do the least for it, we were and are still satisfied with 5 stars, gladly again

The burger was good but it and the fries were cold and there wasn't nearly enough staff to get good service. The waiters were nice but clearly overworked. We weren't even provided napkins for our burger and fries.

If you want to eat good burgers with delicious drinks, this is the place for you. Because the easily accessible restaurant actually seems to pay a lot of attention to fresh ingredients. There is a star deduction, because unfortunately there are always very unfriendly service staff and there can be longer waiting times even if very little is going on. This does not even mean waiting for the ordered food but the time before you can even order. The online maps are also meant well. But if you are shamelessly turned on because you want a printed card because your own cell phone cannot handle it, it is not exactly professional. Especially when you have to wait almost 10 minutes for the card to arrive.

Very good environment... totally hygienic during corona times... the staff was very active and friendly... as usual Hans Im glück delivers good burgers quickly... This is by far my favorite fast food chain. Definitely try the wilder western burger, pair it with a small salad or perhaps French fries. I personally love the barbecue sauces, it definitely makes the entire experience better and honestly it tastes amazing with their sour dough bread and whatever choice of meat you please... I also ordered the classic burger, it has a very nice tangy sauce and it’s equally as good as the wilder western burger... Honestly in my opinion whenever you go here just order the wilder western burger it’s the best one out of their entire menu... and as always Stay hungry!

Old review: Amazing selection of burgers, salads and more. It's a great place to go for dinner. Edit: Service is really subpar, we had to wait long to order, we wanted to leave, but no waiter is around to ask for the check. We’ve been actively searching for one and we are feeling ignored.

The burger is ok, not great. I like the drinks and the menu prices are pretty fair I guess. There are better alternatives for the same price out there.

Somewhat overpriced burger place. Beef is dry and overcooked. Toppings are fine but the buns are too dry. It goes up from 2* to 3 because of the veggie and vegan options. If you want a beef burger and aren't with vegans or vegetarians there are better places!

Have been visiting this restaurant during Christmas as I missed their "Wintergold" burger ( Burger with a mix of juicy deer and beef, sweet and mild blue cabbage refined with crunchy chestnuts and nutty rocket ), which sounds delicious last time and wanted to give it a try. Burger was really delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
